1/2	ts	Salt
1/2	c	Whole wheat flour
1/4	c	Cornmeal
1 1/4	c	Unbleached white flour
3	tb	Nonfat dry milk
1 1/2	tb	Vegetable oil
1	md	Egg
1/4	c	Grainy mustard
1/2	c	Water
2/3	c	Fresh alfalfa sprouts or-
		Other spouts;seperated from-
		Clump
2	ts	Yeast

Place all the ingredients except the yeast in the machine. Place the yeast in the dispenser. Program for Basic Bread and press start.
